How do I order my Repeat Prescriptions?

1. Airmid:

This is TPP’s app designed to support you, bringing you closer to clinicians and giving you control of your own healthcare needs. Airmid gives you access to your full medical records, and reduces the need for face-to-face appointments. It provides details of local health care organisations, allowing you to exercise more control over your personal health while reducing the time that you spend on it.

2. The NHS App:

The NHS App: The NHS App gives you a simple and secure way to access a range of NHS services. Download the NHS App on your smartphone or tablet via the Google play or App store. You can also access the same services in a web browser by logging in through the NHS website. Find out all you can do through the App.

3. Order via your Nominated Pharmacy:

Order via your Nominated Pharmacy: When you request a prescription online, you can have your prescription sent electronically to a pharmacy of your choice. This is called choosing a pharmacy (it’s also known as nominating a pharmacy).

4. Pop into the Surgery:

You can complete a ‘Repeat Medication’ Form in the Surgery.

Please allow 72 hours for prescription requests to be actioned: we don’t accept prescription requestes over the phone or by email.

Important Notice:

From the 1st July 2021 we will no longer be accepting repeat prescription requests via email. Patients will need to request repeat medication via the NHS App or online services at Systmonline. Please click to sign up now.
