How do I order medication for my child?

Please complete the ‘Proxy Service Application Form’ return it back to the surgery and we can set up an account and link your child’s record to your NHS/Airmid account.

Important Notice:

From the 1st July 2021 we will no longer be accepting repeat prescription requests via email. Patients will need to request repeat medication via the NHS App or online services at Systmonline. Please click to sign up now.
