Travel Clinic
Our Travel Vaccination Clinic has now restarted. We will give travel vaccinations if you are going abroad in 6 weeks’ time or more. If you are travelling abroad in less than 6 weeks’ time you will need to have your vaccinations done at the Private Travel Clinic at Boots Castlepoint (Fees apply).
Please download and complete our ‘Travel Vaccination Questionnaire’ and return it back to the surgery. Once your questionnaire has been reviewed by our Nursing team, we will contact you, to arrange an appointment.
