Roz Gilbert
Qualifications: RGN
Roz is the senior nurse for the practice, she specialises in the managment of chronic diseases such as: Diabetes | Heart Disease | Respiratory Disease | as well as being excellent at all practice nursing duties including, child immunisation | cervical screening | contraception | cryotherapy. Roz is also the lead for Infection Control

Mandy Forster
Qualifications: RGN
Mandy has been a practice nurse for 9 years in Hampshire and has also spent some time nursing in New Zealand. She specialises in child immunisations | cervical screening | she is competent in all other practice nurse duties. Mandy is our Lead in Respiratory Disease, such as COPD and asthma.
Our Care Coordinator & Physician Associate

Justine Evans
Care Coordinator
Justin has worked in the Health Care sector for over 20 years. Justin has a wealth of knowledge and experience, and he will be supporting the practice nursing team in the delivery of nursing services, including blood tests, dressings and wound checks, ECG’s, B12 injections and flu jabs. Justin’s Care Co-ordinator role at the surgery will include supporting patient who have long term health conditions, by ensuring that they are invited in for their annual review as well as seeing patients for their initial assessment or follow ups. Justin will also support our nurses and GP with our clinical administration, this might be a phone call to check in with a patient or to obtain updated information on a specific issue. Justin will also be helping to raise awareness of health and well-being and how we can promote this to our patients.

Rebecca Rawlings-Hall
Physician Associate
A Physician Associate can perform tasks such as obtaining patient medical histories, performing clinical procedures and clinical examinations, diagnosing diseases, and formulating medical management plans.
